AMAZING!!!! The rooms are clean, beds are comfy and location is great. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever had! Tony went above and beyond to make sure our group of 11 had everything we needed. The attached bar is a great place to start and end your night! Highly recommend!
Amazing experience! The hotel is very clean, comfortable and loved learning about the history. The new owners are extremely welcoming and go over and beyond to make things perfect! The bar area is fun with great food/drinks! Mark and all the staff do a fantastic job! Highly recommend staying here!!! Watching the eagles on the river road was an added bonus!
Ghostly romantic! It feels like you've stepped back in time when you enter the hotel. One can only imagine the history of events that have happened over the years and guests that have stayed there. I was told a ghost or two might reside in the hotel as well. Friendly of course! Perfect location to visit St Louis for a quick drive in and right on the river. Your hosts Tony (I think he avoided me in person), lol...But I did talk to him on the phone and his wife Lisa are nothing short of amazing and friendly people, a sheer delight to engage with! Would definitely stay here again and I 100% recommend! Come to think of it, Tony might "be" one of the ghosts since I never "saw" him. LOL. You won't regret the stay! True Gem!
We stayed over the weekend and simply loved it! Very clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The owners were very friendly and accommodating. We live close and never got to see the true hidden little gem that Grafton is. We will be back!
I've had been around the world 7½ times , Lived in over 100 countries this hotel by far is the greatest thing since sliced bread! We loved in there, made alot of new friends! We are going back the 4th of July and staying again. Everyone should stay at Ruebell Hotel! Had a ton of laughs!
